Effective Date: 02/13/2025 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by The Help Cleaning Service (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website (https://thehelpcleaningservice.com/) or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. Residential, Commercial, and STR Cleaning: We offer cleaning services for residential homes, short-term rentals, and commercial/office spaces.1.2. In-Person and Online Booking: Clients may schedule services online or over the phone. All services are delivered in person at the client’s designated property address.
2.1. Scheduling: Clients may book services through our website or by contacting us directly. No payment is required to book; we will confirm details before scheduling your appointment.2.2. Confirmation & Reminder: We confirm each appointment within 24 hours of booking and send a reminder before the scheduled service.2.3. Rescheduling & Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.2.4. Scope of Work: Service details are listed on our website or confirmed via email/text. Any service extensions must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
3.1. Payment Timing: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, digital payments, and other approved methods.3.2. Late Payments: Outstanding balances beyond 7 days may incur late fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.
4.1. Access to Premises: You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property during your scheduled cleaning.4.2. Health & Safety: We reserve the right to decline service if your property poses health or safety hazards for our staff.4.3. Pets & Fragile Items: Please secure pets and inform us of fragile or valuable items prior to service.
We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you’re unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean or remedy the issue at no additional cost, within reason.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us regarding booking confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers.

We comply with all A2P 10DLC and CTIA regulations. Your mobile data will never be sold or shared for marketing.
All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of The Help Cleaning Service and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8.1. Service Disclaimer: We provide services “as-is” and cannot guarantee permanent removal of deep stains or damage resulting from prior neglect.8.2. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not liable for loss or damage due to events outside of our control, including weather, emergencies, or third-party vendors.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client is found to be abusive, non-compliant with terms, or poses safety concerns.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
